Fan Programming

Interested in hosting a fan panel or other programming at Legends Expo? Fill out the form linked below for consideration!

Legends Expo will NOT be able to cover panelist expenses, including but not limited to travel, lodging and ticket costs. A 25% discount code for Legends Expo passes will be given to up to four panelists on chosen panels.

Fan Film Festival

Interested in sharing your Expanded Universe fan film at Legends Expo? Fill out our application to have your work considered for the Fan Film Festival!

Fan films do NOT have to premiere at this event, but they DO need to be focused on some element of the Expanded Universe. Fan films must be FAN CREATED and not contain video from any copyrighted source or generative AI.

Applications are due by Monday, July 21st. Films do not need to be complete at the time of applying, but there will be a check in on August 1st where they should be near completion. All fan films will be due digitally to Legends Expo by September 1st.
